[Dr. Deckel is the former co-director of the Huntington's Disease center at the University of Connecticut Health Center and was instrumental in the process that ultimately led to a passing of a law to start, and fund, the UCONN HD Center. A retired Professor of Psychiatry from UCONN Med, he now is in private practice in Northboro Massachusetts. His practice accepts patient's with HD and he is available for telephone consultations.
