APPOINTMENTS

IN PERSON:  Appointments can be made by calling our offices and scheduling a time conveinent to your schedule.   With a few exceptions, most insurances do not require prior authorization for an initial visit.  When you make your initial call you will reach Martha, our business manager.  She can advise you as to what is necessary prior to your first visit.

BY TELEPHONE:  Where possible we prefer to see patient's in our office.  However, this is not possible for some individuals.  Where that is the case, an initial consultation can be made via telephone.  However, these consults are not covered by your insurance company.   If you are interested in this, please contact Martha for the fees for these calls.
